Its impressive 7’H x 14’W frame serves as a great target for repetitive footwork, ball control training, goalkeeper work, strengthening exercises and more. The AFR-1 Rebounder features a natural-surface friendly design, 1 ¾” all-aluminum frame, sturdy, steel ground shoes and an industrial-style, mill finish. For added safety, this rebounder is secured into the ground with spikes which are located underneath the ground shoes.
